Siena is a dedicated speech pathologist and brings her warm and understanding nature to all interactions with the people she supports. With a focus on neuro affirming practices, Siena "thinks outside the box' to develop therapeutic plans.

Siena enjoys collaborating with families and other therapists to achieve functional goals.

Siena has lived experience with supporting a child with complex needs and understands first hand the importance of building a trusting and ongoing relationship with a support team.

Siena can supports individuals across the life span with a range of communication and swallowing concerns, with a special interest in early intervention (0-9 years) and adult neurological conditions.

Baydian is the guy behind the scenes at Therapy Road. He supports our participant intake and operational tasks to allow our therapists to do more of what they love, supporting participants to achieve their goals.

Baydian has an impressive background in business where he's known for his down to earth, yet detail orientated approach.

Allira is a dedicated speech pathologist who brings a warm, collaborative and individualised approach to her work with children and their families.

Allira is passionate about creating therapy that is meaningful, engaging and tailored to each individual. She takes a strengths-based approach and enjoys thinking creatively to develop practical strategies that support communication, confidence and participation in everyday life.

Allira values building strong relationships with children, families, educators and other members of a child’s support team. She believes that working collaboratively is an important part of achieving meaningful and functional outcomes.

Allira has a particular interest in early intervention and supporting children with social communication throughout their school years. She is passionate about helping children develop a greater understanding of themselves and their individual communication needs, while building the confidence and skills to express their preferences, communicate their needs and advocate for themselves.

Ella is a passionate and dedicated speech pathologist with a special interest in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), adult therapy, and early childhood intervention. She is committed to helping individuals of all ages improve their communication skills, empowering them to connect with the world around them.

Ella brings a warm and person-centred approach to her therapy sessions, ensuring that each person’s unique needs and goals are met.

Fallon enjoys supporting people across the lifespan to build confidence and independence in their everyday lives.

She has a particular interest in developing daily living skills, supporting participation in meaningful activities, exploring assistive technology and practical everyday supports that can promote independence and quality of life, and working with children to develop the skills they need to participate in play, learning, and everyday routines

Fallon takes a person-centred approach to therapy, working closely with individuals, families and support networks to develop strategies that fit naturally into everyday life.

She is passionate about making therapy enjoyable, achievable and meaningful, while building on each person’s strengths, interests and goals.

Lauren is a warm, empathetic and enthusiastic speech pathologist who is passionate about supporting people to communicate, connect and participate in the things that are important to them. She builds rapport easily with children, families and support teams and values creating trusting, consistent relationships.

Lauren has a special interest in swallowing and dysphagia, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) across the lifespan, neurodegenerative conditions, and early language development.

She takes a person-centred and collaborative approach to therapy, working alongside individuals, families and support teams to develop practical strategies that are meaningful and functional in everyday life.

Simone is a bubbly and enthusiastic paediatric occupational therapist dedicated to supporting the developmental needs of children. She loves working with children and their families to help them reach their greatest potential and engage in life to the fullest.

Simone has completed additional training in developmental trauma, SOS feeding therapy, sensory integration, and handwriting assessment and treatment. With a specific interest in working with children with functional goals, developmental delay, feeding difficulties, fine and gross motor skills, and developmental coordination disorder, Simone loves to utilise the magic of play, gross motor games and a child’s favourite activities, to watch them flourish with their skills and confidence to engage in life in a manner that is meaningful and personalised to them.

Outside of work, Simone loves hiking, camping, canyoning, sport, and anything to do with snow.

Tahlia is a vibrant and skilled speech pathologist, she has an infectious laugh and builds rapport and long lasting connections with everyone she supports.

Tahlia has a natural way of providing family-centred therapy and enjoys collaborating closely with families and the community.

Her passion is with early childhood intervention (2-8 years), with a special interest in speech sound disorders and school-aged language.

Tahlia is trained in Hanen 'It Takes Two to Talk' and 'More than Words'.

Tahlia is also certified LAMP trained for Augmentative and Alternative Communication.
