Siena is a dedicated speech pathologist and brings her warm and understanding nature to all interactions with the people she supports. With a focus on neuro affirming practices, Siena "thinks outside the box' to develop therapeutic plans.
Siena enjoys collaborating with families and other therapists to achieve functional goals.
Siena has lived experience with supporting a child with complex needs and understands first hand the importance of building a trusting and ongoing relationship with a support team.
Siena can supports individuals across the life span with a range of communication and swallowing concerns, with a special interest in early intervention (0-9 years) and adult neurological conditions.

OPERATIONS MANAGER
Baydian is the guy behind the scenes at Therapy Road. He supports our participant intake and operational tasks to allow our therapists to do more of what they love, supporting participants to achieve their goals.
Baydian has an impressive background in business where he's known for his down to earth, yet detail orientated approach.

Tahlia is a vibrant and skilled speech pathologist, she has an infectious laugh and builds rapport and long lasting connections with everyone she supports.
Tahlia has a natural way of providing family-centred therapy and enjoys collaborating closely with families and the community.
Her passion is with early childhood intervention (2-8 years), with a special interest in speech sound disorders and school-aged language.
Tahlia is trained in Hanen 'It Takes Two to Talk' and 'More than Words'.
Tahlia is also certified LAMP trained for Augmentative and Alternative Communication.
